You have 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receives the hoodie to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email info@predatorsl.com before the deadline. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.
Send the hoodie back within 14 calendar days after telling us that you are withdrawing. Please contact us before shipping so we can confirm the return details.
For a change of mind or size, you bear the direct cost of return shipping. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us first; we cover the reasonable return cost.
We refund all payments received for the returned hoodie, including the cost of standard delivery. As standard worldwide shipping is included in the product price, a full withdrawal means a refund of the full purchase price.
The refund is made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.
You may inspect and try on the hoodie as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit.
Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain in place. For EU consumers, the legal conformity protection is two years.
